We offer pick-ups (personalized pot orders only) as a courtesy to our customers to help save shipping costs. If you live in the Dallas area and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, please read the instructions below for ordering.
At this time, we can not process pick up orders (without shipping) through our online store, but we’re working on it! In the mean time, you may place your order using the form to the right. We’ll send you a confirmation email with your total, payment procedure and pick up info. By submitting your order here, you agree to pick up at one of the following times and locations:
1. Weekdays during the noon hour. Location is just off Hwy. 75 and Campbell in Richardson, TX.
2. Weeknights between 7 and 9 PM or on a weekend (limited availability). Location is near Hwy. 75 and Bethany in Allen, TX.
If these options are not convenient for you, you may place your order as usual through our online store, and we will be happy to ship it for you.

If you’d like something other than a name or number on your pot, just ask! We can advise if your request will work well on the pot and if there will be any additional charge.
